What you need

• A large container (pot, basin, old bucket, wine barrel)
• A small submersible pump ($15-30)
• Tubing that fits the pump
• Gravel or pebbles
• Optional: decorative spout (stacked rocks, small statue, vintage teapot)

Steps

1. Seal the container if leaky
2. Place pump inside with tubing routed up
3. Fill with water covering the pump
4. Cover pump with decorative stones
5. Attach spout to tubing
6. Plug in and test
